We reserved a non smoking room and found out at the check in that the room we were booked in was not pet friendly,,so there we were with two dogs and after much ado the room we were given reeked of smoke.

I stayed at Best Western several times over the past few months and each visit was just as enjoyable as the next. I got to meet several team members at Best Western and received a warm welcome each time! They are all very accommodating with anything I needed and the rooms you can expect to be perfect! They are very clean and the beds n pillows are so comfortable and wake up to a hot breakfast juice and coffee every morning! I got to have the comforts of home with the work out room and pool. I think the only thing I would change are two extra pillows in each room and larger bottles of shampoo and conditioner, this would set Best Western apart from the rest for me in Montrose Colorado! Make sure to take pictures of your amenities (if you change them) hot breakfast, pool and the gym you offer for your brochure. I guarantee you will see your business rise!!! I would choose Best Western every time! Thank you for your hospitality!

Best place to stay in Montrose!

This hotel is super close to being done with renovations as they are still working on the lobby. Our renovated room was so nice and I wish all hotels would put flooring down instead of carpet cause the floor felt much cleaner! We brought our 2 huskies and they accommodated us very well. It was a great stay and we will stay here every time we come to Montrose if we decide not to camp!

They were under construction, so there was little trouble with fuses. And ice machines and stuff like that. But it was very nice people give us all the information we ever needed.
