Horribly kept hotel

First room we got had no heat. Continues to tell them, they keep coming to try and fix it. Took forever to get us in the new room. Which wasn’t the floor we chose. Got to room 2. Hair was inbeaded in pillows, body wash shampoo conditioner jars in shower were empty! Heat was off when we got into room 2. And they said it will take a few seconds for it to kick on. WHY ISNT THE HEAT RUNNING IN A HOTEL DURING THE HARD WINTER DAYS?. Thank god we brought our own pilllows and blankets because that bed was YUCK!. Took the room over 20 Minutes to finally warm up once warm it kept a nasty smell in the room the entire night’s. Never again!

Luke warm water in shower. Room was very dated. Towel was stained and gray. Pool was out of order. Pricing way too high for room and lack of amenities. Breakfast was barely average. Requested an upper room for peace and quiet, could hear people in hallway until after 3am.

worst hotel experince ever. I had a 7 hour drive yesterday to go down state for important event with family today. I arrived last night with plans to stay for just one night to get some sleep because i worked all day, my dog was with me, i booked a king room. Upon arrival i let them know i had my dog, she told me it would be $50 i filled out a piece of paper and ran my card, she said it didnt go through, we tried it again, and again, and again 3 times and it never went through. She asked me to return in the morning and pay with the day staff. My room was not a king room that i paid for. I let tho go and just dealt with it. I woke up in the morning went to the store to get something to drink and my card got declined, looked at my bank statement and notice 7 charges in total... $20,$20,$20,20,30,10,120. The amounts seemed strange being that all that should have been taking out was $20,50,120. my bank blocked my card because of 7 charges right in a row obvioulsy looked suspicious, tried to get my card unblocked online but apparently i have to speak to my bank in order to fix the issue, my bank doesnt reopen however until tuesday so im stuck hours away from my house with no means to get gas and i missed my family event and what could be the last time i get to see my grand mother. The only positive experience was the day staff they were very helpful and accommodating she said i can hangout here until 3 p.m. i still have no where to go this put me and my dog in a very tough spot!!!
