so the rooms stank like urine there was also water/urine on the bathroom floor. there were bugs, flies snd mold, stuff nasty gross and broken up…there were drug addicts walking around and we left immediately because it was unsafe and nasty. we booked another hotel. This Days Inn was not fit for decent humans…we could bot spend the night there

I’ve had a great stay-the main goal was to enjoy the beach-and it was right there (literally a minute walking). I didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and other people seemed to enjoy it. The room was clean, the facility itself was clean as well. However, there was an unpleasant smell outside the room at times (for some reason, more noticeable in the evenings). Breakfast was ordinary: cereal with milk, waffles with syrup, yogurt, orange and apple juice, and coffee and tea. Would be nice if they had some basic fruit: apple or banana. Staff was friendly enough.

I reported but and Mold issue to staff in first night. Next day I said I wanted to check out earlier because cockroaches invaded my bags. They agreed and said they would allow my refund of stays - refund never happened. Moist and mold smell, bugs crawling on bed- do not come here.

Staff was friendly and helpful. (201) The room we stayed in needs a little work as in the bathroom door needs replaced since it looked like it was falling apart at the bottom, the door to the balcony needs a little help as well because the doorknob was stuck and made it hard to open it. We saw a few cockroaches when we would move a trash can or turn the lights on. It also would have been nice to of had a plug for the bathtub because it did make it hard for my child to take a bath.

Tired old facility. Needs major maintenance!! Room doors damaged and not fitting properly, no daily housekeeping. Three nights no towel, bed, or trash service even when trash is placed outside the room. Let's not forget the cockroaches in the room. Room descriptions not accurate "sleeps six"? Not on the ocean view rooms unless three persons per bed. Even desk attendant was surprised. Would not repeat.

The property appears to have very little concern for maintenance of any kind. The safety for the guests is not a priority. The room was filthy and had a faulty light fixture. Bedding was old.

Liked that it was ocean front; disliked the trashy and dirtiness of the property; there were holes in the rooms and on the balcony that needed repair; cigarette butts all over the stairwells and sidewalks, the property needs a full blast deep cleaning; one of the front desk staff had a terrible attitude; the breakfast had no meat or eggs nor fruit. This is by far is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in . The online pictures are a lie. Do not waste your money!! It's no way worth what they charge.

The workers were nice, however the quality was subpar at best. There was red stains on the curtain and lamp shade, (not sure of source) The bathroom door was splintered at the bottom, the couch has burn holes. The balcony was cracked and Brocken off. The bedroom was insanely hot considering how hot it was outside, which initially makes me seem like I’m nitpicking however the other ac was colder and kept up better. Dust littered the Ac and I had to clean it to feel the ac. The elevator rarely worked which I wasn’t necessarily that worried about however when it did work it was slower then actually walking up or down the stairs considering that we stayed on the highest floor.
