Get what you pay for

The beds were comfortable and clean. The floors were nasty. I requested that they send someone to clean the floors. They never came. I went to Walmart and purchased my own pine sol, mop, and cleaning supplies. The bathrooms had hair in the tub. One of the tubs was broken and rusty. All the mirrors were nasty. All furniture had to be dusted. The windows did not lock. The kitchen window would not close and was broken. I spent the first day cleaand sanitizeing for my family. You get what you pay for. It was cheap for a week on the ocean front with an ocean view.

Not good cleaning bad my room was not a triple room false advertisement on that they do not carry them kind of rooms they said first room we've got was not suitable the beds were on the ground just nasty room she moved us to another room there was cockroaches I had no dishes no pots. The outside of the property was not too clean there was furniture all in the garage unsafe for children some of the staff were just rude especially one lady at the front because with my niece that rented a room I don't recommend this hotel at all but I had done paid so I had to use I did not have money to go anywhere else like the front desk told me to if I didn't like it there was nothing else they could do or any other room...

This was the most horrible disappointment for a hotel I've ever seen. It is in horrible shape. So run down. It looks like a crack house. We felt so unsafe that we checked out immediately after seeing the room

Rooms look nothing like shown on expedia. We were in the basement. We got to our room from the bottom floor of the garage. Paint was paling from the walls and floor. Door. Did not shut tightly had to use the deadbolt to get it to shut all the way. . Would rather have slept in my car Olivia.

Dog poop on breeze way

Very old furniture, bathroom is from the 1960’s. Parking was limited, went to room on 5th floor and there was dog poop on breeze way. Had to call front desk twice before someone came to get it.
