Fantastic layout of apartment with great amenities and super clean. Friendly staff and the grounds were immaculate. The only let down was the green pool that was only clear on the our check out day (7th day). Proximity to amenities was fabulous as well

We left an item there, an Australian Navy cap. We have contacted them 5 times by email to have it picked up and they do not bother replying to direct contact from the website or emails. Very very poor and obviously the staff member had decided not to return the Navy cap!

We had a significant flight delay. When we arrived exhausted we found a clean comfortable room. The hotel is well located and the pool is lovely. The staff are absolutely fantastic and accommodated all of the changes in our travel times. Would love to stay again.

Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped if wanting to prepare own meals. Being a few minutes walk away from Marina/Port means lots of eating out choices close by, as well as on site bar and small restaurant. Our only disappointment was that the pool is small - with only 6 loungers - so rarely able to relax by the pool. Certainly not a sunbathing spot as what seating is there is in shade majority of the day, though some would say this is a good thing!

the room was of high standard. the shower head was falling from roof but didnt affect shower. the staff were so friendly and helpful and very welcoming the pool is on smaller side but still fine overall we enjoy staying there everytime we visit

Clean room, easy check in, it was just loud at night from other guests/the location. Our neighbors in their room listening to music and slamming doors woke us up at 11pm, 1am, etc. Great for a night or two for the easy access to port denerau.

The staff were so helpful. our daughter arrived very late and there was no food available and the staff went into the cafe and found cookies and cake. The day of our checkout I left my IPad behind- I was contacted and then the staff very graciously arranged for a guest checking out the next day to bring it to me at our next destination. Above and Beyond service! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Palms for a stay in Denarau! And the cafe coffee and breakfast were all fantastic!

We only stayed there one night before heading out to the islands, and it was perfect for that. Its in walking distance to the port, lots of restaurants and shops, the facilities are well maintined, cleaned and comfortable.

Very good proximity to Port Denarau, hence availability of food choices. Room is huge with two big beds but with view of the corridor and the Terrace apt next door. Staff courteous and helpful but housekeeping could be better - our beds were not made or not made properly, room not cleaned; housekeeping staff seemed to only provide change of towels and folded the toilet papers. Used soap not thrown, toiletries not topped up unless requested afterwards.
