The property was shockingly bad, dirty every thing to floors, furniture, light fixtures, aircon never worked, after Complaining all they did was open the balcony doors which lit in the mosceetos, toilet was not screwed to the floor. I could go on and on. We have stayed in many dozens of hotels over the years and this is one of the worst if not the worst.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room. The place was very run down lots of items broken. The hotel is next to a petrol station so the hotel smells of petrol fumes. The breakfast was very poor and lots of meat was off. I would rate this hotel a 1star. The staff was excellent.

Dear Customer we regret that our hotel did not like it, we do not have a kettle in the room because by law we cannot have it but having the bar open it could always simply order it and it would arrive in the room. Our breakfast is very varied and made of all fresh products so we don't understand why she didn't like it. Cordial greetings Massimiliano

Einrichtung, Infrastruktur, Personal, Lage, Frühstück waren gut bis sehr gut - leider war es kalt da die Heizung nur in der Nacht für einige Stunden im Zimmer heizte

Hôtel bien situé, personnel très sympa et de très bon conseil mais nous étions dans une chambre qui donnait sur l avenue très bruyante et la salle de bain dégradée (refaire le sol, et les joints du lavabo et de la douche) c est regrettable pour un 4*. Sinon très belle terrasse, le petit dej bien complet.

Es gibt etwas zu tun

Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, aber...... in der Dusche lag unter dem Fußtritt die Perücke der Vorgänger. Der Toilettendeckel wackelte und löste sich. Die Vorhänge hätten längs eine Wäsche nötig, wie auch die abgehängten Stoffdecken in den allgemeinen Räumen........ Das männliche Personal war deutlich genervt. Warum? Schade, das Hotel hätte alle Anlagen eines guten Mittelklassehotel mit guter Lage zu sein.

Mukava loma

Hotelli siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Sijainniltaan hotelli ok ja ympäristössä oli mukavia ravintoloita. Myös botellin oma ravintola tarjosi hyvää ruokaa. Ainoana miinuksena oli internet yhteyden toimimattomuus alkulomasta. Asia kuitenkin korjaantui. Suurin osa nähtävyyksistä oli kävelymatkan päässä, myös metro ja rautatieasema olivat lähellä. Paikallisjunalla liikkuminen oli edullista mutta hikistä.
