Nice, cleanly hotel with friendly staff. Poor area around the hotel however close to transport links and nicer areas.
Not very good. Wasn’t greeted when I arrived. Standard of room very poor and the location was very unsafe and rough with every night bundles of people outside the entrance and across the street selling second hand goods on the pavement. The city in general was not a nice place.
This is a very old, no-frills hotel near the central train station in Naples. If you just want to save money with a bare bones room, this place is sufficient, and the desk staff are very nice. There just isn’t much in the way of perks - no breakfast offered, and beds that are hard as a rock (which is somewhat normal for Italy though). It did the job for a one night stay, but I probably wouldn’t book for an extended trip.
It is not a hotel in the sense most people would consider a hotel. It is one floor of an apartment building. Area is filthy and very sketch . It was close to metro station. Staff was nice . Do not rent the shared bathroom . Shower was always clogged up . It had Spiders and mosquitoes in it often. Naples it very dirty and filled with shady people that just walk around or sell things on cardboard at all hours of the night. Police were friendly. WiFi worked well. AC worked but could not adjust it much. .
The building looked extremely neglected when we arrived—dirty, full of cobwebs, like something out of a horror movie. The room itself was fine, but the next day the cleaning staff came knocking on our door before the check-out time. When we told them it wasn’t time yet, they were extremely rude.
unsafe for family, I had reservation for 4 nights but checked out the next morning. I don’t want to stretch any further but this is NOT a family friendly hotel. Inappropriate activities were also taking place at night in rooms, doors don’t lock as the master keys are out at the front desk. On top of that, shower didn’t work … water clocked and horrible smell. But most importantly, with kids never pick this as an option! I am happy that one night is over. No refund or anything, but we found contrasting option on the Piazza Garibaldi square. Expensive than this horror show but totally worth it.
Bad smell in the hallway of that connected the rooms. Same bad smell inside the room. The shower head looked to be in really poor conditions. There was a hole in the main door. No wifi, kettle or fridge. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable
We arrived and they did not have a room for us so they walked us to another hotel and it was not a good area of the city. It was a terrible experience do not book at this hotel.
Hotel is in a good spot read bad reviews but had no problems. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cleaned in our 3 night stay. Just be aware at night (late) as in any big cities.
This was one of the most stressful stays we have ever had. The area the hotel is in is very unsafe and unclean. The hotel it self is unclean and not a place I would ever want to stay again. Would not recommend.
This was a very convenient location because it was right next to the train station, but the hotel itself was not in a very safe place we felt (two girls). The man running it was very kind, and we were glad it was cheap. Would reccomend if you’re only there to quickly sleep and get out… shared bathroom/shower
The front desk men were very impatient and not friendly.

Handy hotel but not with a family
We stayed here for two nights and the location was great if you use a train to get in and out of the city, but expensive if you park a car.
The room was comfortable but not really for a family with a young child due to it being very basic and not the cleanest.
I would stay here if I backpacked, which would be much more suitable.
The staff on the front desk were very kind and helpful, they gave us many recommendations of restaurants and experiences.
Lastly I need to add, the location of the hotel is next to the main train station which is renowned for not being too safe. We were safe every time we went out but only stayed out whilst the sun was visible due to having a baby and there were lots of army/police by the train station due to the amount of junkies locally.
Cheap and easy hotel if not with a family!
