There were a lot of cool hang out areas around the hotel, between the pool and the balconies it was a nice place just to stay. Great views as well.

Would not stay here ever again even if they paid me. Had many issues that they would not try to solve so we checked out at 10pm and asked for a full refund which they did honour however it took 6 weeks of phone calls to get it.

Elevator down

The hotel was nice. The check in was bad because they kept changing times. Told us to come back in 30 minutes room would be ready then came back and they said another 45 minutes. Stayed 3 days they had 2 elevators and one was down 2 days and it’s a 21 story building.

Was told we were getting an upgrade. Ended up on the 22nd floor with no blankets on the broken Murphy bed. No towels in the shower but don’t worry if you need to wash your feet the water covering the bathroom floors might help. But make sure they clean it first. The couch would be a perfect casting couch the way it was designed and the table with chairs stacked on top made it the most un-charming room ever.

Changed room at check In

We pre booked a king size room with one king bed with a high floor for a view. At check in they told us the AC broke in our original room so they put us in a better room. This room ended up having two beds and a brick wall to look at out the window… when I went back up they couldn’t move us as they were fully booked and gave us breakfast credit and 20% off but would take a long time.
