I had requested a first floor room because Im handicap. The reservation was accepted. Curtains were broke & couldnt close. They were wide open no privacy! did not feel safe. I had to pay $50 more dollars to be moved to another room. This want our fault. Baymount should have moved us at no cost. This is discrimination on handicap people! Am contacting better business bureau and ACLU & EEO & requesting an investation .

Just a little inconvenient to have to shlep luggage up 2 flights of stairs to get to our room. Didnt see on the description that you enter your room from outside and theres no elevator...otherwise acceptable place to stay and sleep for a night during travel.

Room was clean. One night stay. King zroom had a comfy bed and a nice small round table and 2 chairs we were able to play games on. The only issue I had was we packed car and went to breakfast before checking out. Returned to room to find they entered room to clean it. Front desk assumed we were gone but failed to ask us even though she saw us and knew we were eating breakast at 7:30 am. Housekeeping did not speak or understand English. Lucky we had pre-packed car and took purse etc with me for breakfast. Wyndham has horrible coffee ( stayed at another Wynham in another state and coffee was horrible too.)

The room was very run down. Curtains didn't keep the light out, carpet was filthy, beds not great, charging ports didn't work, a/c was unpredictable. The staff was polite and breakfast was acceptable. I don't expect a lot in a budget motel but this place needs a major renovation. It wasn't a room that I could enjoy relaxing in.
