Homeless people in a hotel hallways, breakfast area. Bugs in a room. Poor breakfast. Felt unsafe.
I want you send you pictures to show you…homeless people living in cars on site. Rampant drug use. Rooms in extreme disrepair. Nothing for disabled guests. Broken dead bolt, luggage cart with flat tires. Excuses about conditions. Fell and serious injuries and 2 er visits from the slick wet tiles on the bathroom floor. No manager response and no help from choice hotels. Getting hung up on by management at the location
The hotel is infested with roaches. When we complained and showed photos to the front desk it was made clear they knew about it. I asked for a refund. My request was escalated to management. Management has not returned my calls or the ones from Orbitz. No refund has been issued. I also have laundry and truck sanitation bills because i found a roach in my bag. Do not stay at this hotel
We were so happy with our stay here. The staff were all very nice & friendly. The room was bigger than we expected. The bed was very comfy. Nice little touches like fresh lemon water, decent coffee, and even some chocolate chip cookies. We were in town to visit family and would definitely stay here again
Stayed 4 nights with my 2 dogs and it was a great experience. The hotel was clean as well as the room, the hotel staff extremely helpful and friendly, will definitely stay again.
Convenient spot for a quick stay. Staff were efficient in making the check in and out smooth and fast. However, bedrooms could be a lot cleaner. I found chips all over the bottom of my bed.
The hotel was about what I expected, however the workers, Orlando and Patricia, were lovely and helped with any problem which arose. Terrific customer service.
The room was not very cleaned. The rug have not been shampooed and cleaned in a long time. The receptionist, Patricia was phenomenal. She went above and beyond her duties. And did it with a smile on her face. Patricia is what made the stay honestly awesome.
