Parking lot was a little ehh, but front lobby wasn’t bad. There was a lady at the front desk, very nice and pretty. Okay, now the rooms are kinda weird to find, watch yourself on their stairs. Maybe if they add a rug to the stairs it wouldn’t feel like you are gonna slip or miss your step, and the hall I was on had a window boarded up, unmmm I didn’t like that but it wasn’t bad. Only one or two people hanging outside so it wasn’t trashy or anything. I only got the room to have a place to chill and get dressed before the CB 20 breezy bowl. I left at like 1am and didn’t see dude hanging out. Liked that. Bathroom was clean to my surprise like super clean white tub. Or weird colors or nothing.

Someone broke into my vehicle and stole it while in the motel’s parking lot. Vehicle was retrieved approximately 2 miles from the motel. Video footage is from the motel’s cameras on site.

This being New Orleans, the hotel is actually in a secluded part, which makes it safer than most of the areas I drove through when wandering about. You get a secured parking lot, though I didn't see the gate close whenever I stepped out. Check-in is smooth; the rooms are all on the ground level, and you can park at an exit near your room, so the walk is never too long. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the proximity to the downtown area, even despite being on the outskirts, is a huge plus. After exploring the area, I'm glad I booked here.
