Staff was incredible, super nice and helpful. Hotel was under renovation, I wish i had known that when I booked, there was a horrible stench in the lobby and hallways and no ac at all. The property in gemeral was run down, i feel the price was too high for the quality provided .

The hotel is in need of updating.Its in a very convenient location.The staff was friendly. Not happy that I had to pay $25 to check in 45 minutes early.

The safe on the room never worked. We asked for maintenance person but he said he doesn't di safes. The walls are paper thin, our last night we heard our neighbors who weren't obnoxiously noisy but even after we had security stop by at 12ish...we still heard them till 530am. The hotel was good and very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. I love that the IHOP was 24/7 and the nightly rate was average. This was my second time staying in six years. I will definitely be back.

I did not enjoy my stay. The hotel was old, smelled old. Room was unclean, look liked someone has just rolled out my bed and pulled sheets over, flies in my room, view of hvac equipment was an eye sore bc I saw so many problems I have hvac company, dust everywhere my allergies were flaring, carpet looked so old and unclean. I would never stay here again. It was a last minute booking due to a flight delay and my rental car being unavailable. It was so unclean I didn’t even shower.
