The hotel needs renovated. The paint on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom is peeling. It looks like they attempted to repair it several times. The bed was comfortable.

The property is older. Pool had leaves and other things floating in it. The pictures on the website makes the property look newer. My suite had broken blinds so people could see in my room if they walked past. Mind you my room faced the AMC theater. The door to get in my room was stuck, I had to open it by using my shoulder to force my way in. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. The shower and stove was outdated. I can say the breakfast was the only thing I enjoyed.

Was not impressed

We stayed for 4 nights. Afternoon Desk attendant was nice but multiple times we had to wait for service as she had to run out to her car for something or take care of a family situation. Later shift Desk attendant would not speak when we asked for replacement towels. Food selections: Food service was average- Toaster was stuck and burned toast daily- Cook had to open window to air out eating area. Toaster was not changed out. Bed comfort very good. Restroom - toilet would not refill. Had to figure out ourselves. HVAC- airducts were rusty, stay was during extreme heat index levels but A/C never got to our setting of 66 and then stopped running one night. Engineer though was very helpful and quick. Management was conducting a fire safety check but didn't get warnings out early enough. Alarm went off as we were resting and we came out of rooms looking to leave and even the room service person didn't know what was going on. Kitchen was in good shape with no problems. TV Video connection box came detached from TV in living room due to not enough attachment velcro. When it came loose, it fell and a power cord came out. Was not quickly found but fixed it. Was not impressed for a Marriott property. I stay in Marriott facilities about once a month for multiple years and have not ever encountered this facility and management operations.

Not great experience checking in. Front desk was less than friendly. Breakfast was not impressive, hardly any food after 8am when it goes to 9am. Understand need for fire alarm testing however would have been nice for notice.

Nice staff .. Hotel needs work

Rooms have a mildew smell. Mine had a hole in the ceiling .. but staff changed me to a different room as soon as I showed them the picture and was very apologetic.

The things that were worrisome were that the telephone didn't work. Also, there were tv stations that didn't work. The skillet was awful.

The furniture was well thought out comfortable clean and in good shape. The hotel itself was showing great wear and tear. Musty smell in room never went away. Good cooling in hot summer weather. Helpful handyman when he fished my lost earring out of the bathroom sink. Exterior of building well landscaped but siding well rusted by ac units.
