Canal front 3 bedroom 2 bath home with 2-car garage. Great for fishing, this home offers access to the backwaters from the canal. The canal is also perfect for canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Walking distance to the car-free beach. Beautifully decorated with Florida style. Roomy deck to enjoy views of the canal. Large enclosed patio with plenty of room to relax. Spacious living room with large flat screen HDTV, DVD player, stereo/CD player, sofa sleeper, and sliders to the patio. Formal dining room with seating for 6. Fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with seating for 4.

Spacious master bedroom with king-size bed, large walk-in closet, sliders to the patio, and private master bath with his/her sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed and clock radio. The 3rd bedroom features 2 twins and a clock radio. The 2nd full bath features a tub/shower.
