This lovely home is tastefully decorated in a mid-century modern beach theme with gleaming terrazzo floors and has all you need to enjoy your home away from home! The kitchen is bright and modern and it's large island, made of reclaimed wood is its own piece of beach art in the heart of the house. The dining area has a fun, modern table and there are 2 bar stools at the island for extra seating. The living room is extremely comfortable with a new sectional so everyone can kick back and enjoy a movie on one of the home's 3 smart TVs after a long day in the sun at our amazing beach. There is also a second living space in the Florida room with its own independent wall A/C unit where you and/or the kids can have space away to do your own thing. The master bedroom has a new California king size bed, and there's a queen bed in the bright 2nd bedroom. Washer and dryer are here for your convenience.
