Terrible experience. We booked a deluxe suite king and first the room was dark with a very small window and facing an interior patio with no light at all! After we complained with no response, decided to stay, it was only one night right? At bed time there was a loud machine noise, for which we called and again nothing they could do about it, first time someone complained! We couldn’t believe it, super loud couldn’t sleep and worst of all the Assitant manager was condescending and made snarling remarks! What a terrible customer service. With all the hotel options in NY and after paying $465 for one night stay away from this hotel!!

Mostly, I loved my room and just wanted to stay there. I had 3 huge windows with an Empire State Building view. Nice size space and not cookie cutter. The room was inviting and comfortable. Pleasantly surprised by how quiet our room was. We looked out over Broadway and 27th on a renovated floor. We could barely hear any traffic. It helps that broadway is mostly bike access only. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. We were especially impressed with day and evening concierge. We would definitely stay here again.
