Overall very nice stay, very large room, in a great area, staff were very friendly. All great. Only downside was we didn't get our wine delivered to the room even after reminding staff....not a big deal but not perfect.

Lovely property. Staff were great. They let us check in our bags early as well as leave them after check out. Everyone was friendly. If you’re planning on driving in, I’d recommend looking for cheaper parking. The parking discount did not seem all that great.

Such a lovely hotel in a perfect position close to the subway to explore NYC. Staff throughout were wonderful, friendly and most of all very professional. The room was large for NYC and the view from our room amazing.
