Just checked out this morning and loved our stay. Room- spacious, clean, and the beds were PERFECT! The only one change I’d like to see is adding a fridge to the room. Location- is great to get to Penn Station and walk to TS. The burgerology restaurant was so nice we had it twice. (Had the Mac and cheese burger and cinnamon roll pancakes-to die for). Staff- extremely courteous and helpful. Everyone we talked to were super friendly. Housekeeping came daily which is nice since a lot don’t post covid. The only thing I ran across that should probably be looked at is the hot water temperature. In the lobby bathroom and our room the water got hurt enough to burn you. I would def recommend and stay here again.

Great hotel with friendly staff, the location is really good, close to Penn Station. We took the breakfast option and were not disappointed with the options, quality and service in the Burgerology restaurant which serves the breakfast. It wasn't clear when booking what the breakfast included, but you get a drink and can choose anything from their Brunch-Ology menu (the Mixed-Berry Waffle was my favorite)

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything and the subway station. The price is worth it to stay in such a great place. It was clean and had a nice atmosphere. The concierge staff was very nice, kind, polite, and responsive.

I stayed here recently and had an overall decent experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome. However, the room I got was different from the one shown in the pictures, which was a bit disappointing. I also requested a bathrobe, but was told the hotel doesn’t provide them. Other than that, everything else was okay.

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza HY36! From check-in to check-out, the service was exceptional. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-designed with comfortable beds and great city views. I also appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the stylish lobby to the quality of the in-room amenities. The location is ideal — close to Penn Station and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and key attractions. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting NYC. I’ll definitely be back!
