Staff was wonderful from beginning to end. Hotel was clean. Bathroom was updated . Rooms were small but I knew that before making reservations. Great location. I will hands down stay here again. The restaurant next door was a bonus, with great food and service.

Staff were absolutely wonderful. Always very happy and welcoming. The lighting in the room was very dark though and our room was opposite the lift which meant we had passing traffic all night of noisy people waiting for and getting out of the lift. The rooms were not very sound proof either and we could hear all of the noise from the neighbours next door either side. I did receive a number of messages during our stay asking if we needed anything to which I expressed the issues with noise. The staff did offer ear plugs and a change of room for our 4th night which would have been our last and we didn't want to upheaval on the last nigjht. We mqy have just been unlucky with our room. I can not fault the staff. Rooms were very clean and the restaurant next to the hotel was lovely.

Hotel is nice and close to msg, Penn station, short walk to times square. Rooms are clean and staff were friendly and attentive, they greeted us every time we stepped foot in lobby. Only negative can be wait times for elevator during peak hours. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern hotel in the perfect location for MSG, Times Square, etc. Easy walk to Chelsea and a little longer to the Village. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The rooms are small, but that’s to be expected in NYC. Highly recommend.

Staff of hotel was absolutely wonderful on all levels. Room was clean and well appointed. Location ideal. Restaurant was pretty terrible. Food was average (fine!) But music was club level. Absolutely nuts. 90 percent empty. They mopped with chemical all aeound me whole I was eating. I ofdered to leave.
