We left our bags with the bell service while we waited for our transport to the airport. When we came back they had damaged a bag which has destroyed our MacBook. The “car service” they suggest for the airport is just the bellman’s friend who has absolutely no registration to transport passengers. The room was clean and a tiny bit larger than the bed. No room for luggage or to move around. A very disappointing and extremely expensive experience.

The Hotel staff and everyone were very helpful and kind.The room was extremely small though for a king size room and we could not freely move around in the room.The staff made sure to clean and help us stay comfortable.The guys doing the door service and carrying luggages up and down for us.Staff was excellent and everywhere were within walkable distance making it great to move around.

Nice staff and location. Didnt like the public seating area in front of the hotel though, a lot of bystanders some who look like they didn’t stay in the hotel. Site says rooftop bar is open til 12midnight on a sat. When i called front desk from my room around 10:30pm to ask how to get there, i was told it closed at 10pm. Really bummed since i wanted to wait till 12mn to celebrate my birthday w a late night drink.

Room to small 2 people can't walk in the room at the same time . The door to the room next door to close. Can't enter rooms at same time the cookies were old not warm room was not clean we had to clean it our self's. Floors in halways and elevator were dirty
