I request a ADA wheelchair room and was given a hearing impaired room that my wheelchair could hardly enter base on the width of the doorway. The manager at the froth desk “Lied “ too my telling me the hotel was fully booked. However the housekeeping manager said that it wasn’t completely booked. Great Location but poor service

This hotel is in a good location near Bryant Park. Our room was ready when we checked in and when we entered the room it was clean and had a great layout. We we traveling with my son and having the room with the sofa sleeper was perfect! The way they have it set up it's played out almost like there is a separate bedroom. Each areas had TVs.

The hotel was nice and definitely in a great location! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very small but we didn’t spend much time in them so it was doable. Main downfall was the size of the dining area. Way too many people trying to cram into a spot for breakfast (which was good also!). This led to the elevators being way over packed and way over used. Had to wait for a long time to get one!
