To be in a hotel of morde than 300.00 a night that I need to wait between 17-20 minutes for an elevator is not right. Many things to improve.

This is our second time staying here and we will continue to stay here when we visit NYC. It’s conveniently located a block from the subway station which made it so easy to visit any part of the city. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour are so convenient when you want a quick and easy breakfast or a little drink and snack before heading out on a NYC journey. The rooms were clean and the pull out sofa gives the perfect little space if you’re traveling with kids or teens. If I could change anything, it would be to have more space in the breakfast area because it’s often hard to find a table. They could also upgrade the quality of the food/drink/snacks, but it’s free so you can’t really complain.

I started here for the free breakfast AND 'Managers Special'. It's not always the cleanest, I usually find black hairs of all length but I guess there's worse things to find and luckily it's just that.

It is a great location, close to subway and to many things. The staff in general is very nice, specially in the restaurant. Comfortable beds and service. A bit of detail in the general cleaning would make it 10/10.

The hotel was a short walk to most tourist attractions. Our view from hotel window was the Empire State Bldg. Very friendly staff!

Loved that hotel was in the middle of everything. Watch out for extra fees. I prefer booking on Expedia, since they told me ahead of time about the fees. At hotel they still had me put a card down for the 34.43 per night, checked out today ( waiting to make sure I don’t get double charged for the “resort fee”) ** another family checked in and seemed to be completely unaware of the extra charges they would be inquiring. The “fees” you pay can be used during certain hours of the day at the hotels restaurant only. $30 per day, they do not roll over. Not sure how many people actually have time to use.

Friendly staff and good service. The rooms are small but to be expected for Manhattan. Great location and walkable to all the major attractions and subway. Breakfast options were good but it was really crowded so we preferred to eat outside. They also gave a $30 credit per day and happy hour which is nice but ended up not using it.
