This was a great hotel to stay. The room was fairly large with a king bed (which isn’t usual for NYC). Location was great and staff was super friendly! We also had 2 dogs traveling with us and the facility was great and very dog friendly.

I was there for 6 nights not a bad place and was clean, however there was no heating AT ALL…. I talked to the staff and they were nice about it and said they would send an engineer to look at it but no one ever came. I was freezing every single night which made it horrible to be in the room.

Carpet was falling apart. Elevators were gross and smelled bad. Dusty room and windows. Front desk was not very nice- did not tell me about any of the amenities which is weird since you’re paying a $40 daily amenity fee- for what free water bottles?

Stayed in the a premium king room which was a great size for our needs. Most of our time was spent away from the hotel exploring NYC but when we did come back to the room it was nice to have a little seating area. Yes the bathroom was tiny but I didn’t expect anything else. I have read lots of reviews complaining about the noise, come on folks it’s Manhattan! I always travel with ear plugs so it didn’t bother me one bit.

This was a perfect room for my husband and our 14 year old daughter. The bathroom had absolutely zero counter space so a hanging bathroom cube is a must! The room was clean and very quiet (hardly any noise outside which honestly is surprising for NYC). The gentleman who assisted us with our bags was soooo kind! Tip, the taxis in the area have a set fee to JFK airport so if you need a ride to the airport, skip uber and ask the bell guys for a taxi.
