Hotel personnel good, reservation bad.

I got here and they didn’t have my room. Had to wait while they found one… had to settle for a single bed for the for members of my family! Apparently they put me as a no show.

Fine for what it was, there was some sort of construction going on so the entrance was in a bit of disarray, and one of the nights there was a lot of construction noise keeping me awake. Overall decent experience. Staff was good.

Very much enjoyed our stay in New York. Great location, easy to get to, and despite the small rooms (as NY is known for), room was cleaned daily and comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning, fresh options, and very friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay again.

It was a gopd hotel for being so close to all the tourist places. Breakfast was amazing each morning. Rooms and halls were a bit run down and in need of some repair. The carpet was buckled and there were wet spots in our room by the window. I think water was leaking in. I was impressed that we didn't hear alot of road noises.
