This is the area I love to stay in NYC and given that breakfast is included, you can't really beat the price. Unfortunately, though it is a great hot breakfast, it is often very crowded. The staff does what they can, but 18 floors is hard to feed. This is convenient to the subway, Times Square, the Empire State Building, Broadway and Bryant Park.

I would stay here again. The location was convenient, the on site breakfast wasn’t gourmet but it did the job. It was convenient as well as the access to coffee around the clock. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and accommodating. The thoughtful welcome bag of goodies and the little square candies were among favorites.

My only issue was the size of the breakfast area. My stay coincided with a choir competition of some sort and they had flooded all the hotels in the area, making the wait for a table or an elevator eternal. Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed, would definitely stay again.

Great location as everything is in walking distance. Breakfast was decent but we got tired of the same rotation as we were there for 7 nights. The rooms are really small but that’s expected when staying in the city. Overall we would stay again.

Inside the property was great. Super friendly staff, good breakfast and clean. The properties outdoor sitting area, they allowed people, not staying at the hotel, to smoke marijuana. This made all the inside stink as well as just outside the hotel doors. It was obvious people were smoking out front and someone should have asked them to move along.
