Valet was easy. Hotel was clean, front desk very helpful. It was very odd that our room had no phone when other rooms did. Wet towels were removed and not replaced - which was quickly remedied.

Excellent place to stay and easily walkable to Penn, MSG, lots of chain amenities, and many food options. A breakfast, served buffet-style each morning in the lobby, and efficient service, complete the picture, making this one of the better-value hotel options in the Penn Station/Macy's neighborhood. The breakfast area gets very congested, though, so it is best to get there early.

Good location for FIT

We choose this because of proximity to FIT. Perfect location. Front desk was helpful. Typical breakfast item cereal muffins bagel etc. Enjoyed being able to sit outside and eat. Indoor seating also. Would stay there again

Everything about the hotel was good the staff friendly the breakfast was good fresh hot and clean lobby the rooms were good and clean as well just small which it lets you know ahead of time overall it is a good hotel to stay at other than the area is a somewhat unsafe .

We arrived slightly early and Anne, who checked us in, was extremely friendly and accommodating and worked it out to get us checking in without having to wait. They offered cold waters at check in which was great, and the room was very clean and super comfortable beds. The free breakfast in the morning is wonderful to have and this location is excellent for the price. It’s walkable to the Moynihan train station and right in the middle of everything. Perfect stay. Thanks!
