Poor lighting in room. Could not see when getting ready or putting on makeup. Very dark in the room. Bed was not an actual queen or double. My feet were hanging off the bed. I’m 6 feet tall. No place to put clothing or suitcase. Had to call downstairs for an iron. Staff was courteous. But didn’t ask how my stay was in the end. Felt more like a hostile than a hotel.

The room was freezing and front desk made me go through a lot until they realized it was broken. Throughout night and early morning slamming doors from hallway were so loud…thin walls! Too dark, no where to put stuff and only one nightstand. Not as chic as photos…Close to a subway and free coffee were only positives take aways.
