I love how quiet it was and they communicate in such a respectful way and manner. What I didn’t like was that they need bigger garbage cans and more bags for it and at least a little bigger.

Good with issues

The breakfast was good. Some request were not attended like the microwave we have to move it, because no has electric power in the area, the shower drain does not work properly. When we enter on the room 524 it’s smell very bad, like orine. The next day we checked the mattress and it had a big stain. See the picture below. Once we told the front desk the problem was promptly solve.

Everything was great, but the best part was the concierge at the front desk. She went above and beyond and was so incredibly kind and welcoming. I can’t remember her name but she checked us in on Saturday August 9th at around 2:30 pm.
