I canceled both of my reservations. However, the hotel sent me an email with a folio thanking me for my stay. I have contacted the GM, Mrs. Campbell on multiple occasions with no response. Customer Service is poor and when you contact the front desk to inform them that I’m still waiting for a return call or email they tell me that they will transfer me only to get her voicemail once again. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone and next time I plan to visit family, I rather pay more to stay elsewhere. This hotel steals your money and are not trustworthy. I will continue my dispute through my bank. You have lost a loyal member!

Breakfast menu didn’t like, I felt they need to put more stuff like cheese, other types of milk and so. Environment was nice, quiet and clean. The room I love it, it was very comfortable and looked clean. The only think I didn’t like in the room was the noise outside (train specifically)
