To be frank, this is the worst stay of my entire life. I travel a lot and stay in hotels all the time. This experience is the worst. Worst customer service, rude behavior from staff, and the worst so-called 'breakfast'. It was a terrible, terrible experience. And to pay an exorbitant amount of money for this experience? My worst decision to pick this place!

Check in person was good. Carpet in the hallway was dirty. No latch for the bathroom. The owner is aware of this. No mirror in the room except in the bathroom

The room above us were super loud during the night. I had to go to the receptionist and tell her. It didn't quite stop. The pool area was disgusting.

This hotel is not 2 minutes from the park like they stated it is at least 25 minutes. It is the last hotel on the block and the surroundings is not very pleasant.

Refrigerator but no microwave, tv but hardly any channels, for the most part clean. Bathroom could’ve been a lot cleaner. The main area wasn’t bad but still could’ve been better. I’d stay there again but next time I’d make them go back and hit the bathroom again

The room is nice and big. But no microwave in room. No towel racks in restroom. No counter space in restroom. No coffeemaker in room. But the worst is the shower. Absolutely no water pressure. It was just a dribble coming out. The hotel is old so furniture is used. The breakfast does not have a very good selection unless you like cereal, toast or pancakes.

Staff was excellent! Property was clean enough. Now as far as safe. Had to use a service elevator for our wheelchair. Only goes up and down 1 floor. Upon leaving it broke down and coud not get up stairs to leave. Had to call fire department. This is a very unsafe hotel, especially for disabled. They should never say they are handicapped accessible. They most certainly are not

Overnight stay to see the Falls.

The hotel was about a 15 min walk to Niagra Falls and attractions (Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, etc). We left our car parked at the hotel (free parking) and walked to everything. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was awkwardly set up - the shower curtain doesn't reach the bottom, so during a shower the entire bathroom floor gets wet. As per other reviews, the breakfast was minimal. Due to location and price, we would stay there again for a quick visit.

The pool was crazy dirty, the room was clean but not quite what I was hoping for. It was on the lower end of what I wanted. The people were great, the breakfast was sparse and there was no elevator. Probably would pick someplace else next time.
