No heating that worked properly so had to use an oil filled portable one.Breakfast on Sunday returned and still not nice -slimy scrambled egg and sausage with thick plastic skin! Mattress lumpy and thank fully was changed Staff friendly but recommended a pub for dinner that didn't do food at all.

Disappointing

We arrived for a short break to visit friends. The gentleman on the front desk showed a definite lack of interest in us and did what he needed to do to show us to our rooms. The room was adequate. On the plus side it was very clean and the towels were changed every day. Breakfast selection was poor. Individual boxes of cereal, no extras like nuts, dried fruit to add. Fruit was tinned fruit salad which we were plainly shocked at. Poached eggs over cooked but bacon very nice. First morning was busy and we had to ask three times for our tea/toast. Cumstomers were waiting ages for the coffee to be refilled. Overall I would say cumstomer care was low on the list of priorities. While we were leaving one day a new family arrived at 2pm and wanted to check in. There were two staff in the dinning area. We directed the family to them and they were told they could not book in until 4pm. Poor service would not stay there again

Nette unterkunft in gehdistanz der altstadt von norwich. Sehr sauber. Zustand gewisser infrastrucktur, wie zum beispiel duschebrausen und türen, lässt einiges zu wünschen übrig. Wobei ich diese erfahrung überall gemacht habe und der standart für den zustand dieser infrastrucktur sehr tief ist, im vergleich zu dem, was ich mich gewohnt bin. Weils echt so war, gleich nochmal, es wahr sehr sauber
