Dated rooms, smells bad, bad dirty shower. Definitely not the room I had booked through hotels com. Bait and switched. Very expensive for the experience

Cons: thin walls, could hear every word of the next room's conversation. Every word. At 5:30am. Wasn't exactly what I wanted. Didn't ruin the visit for me, but, I could see that sort of thing being problematic. Everything about the room was commendable....clean, fully ready for a guest, etc. The building is close to a major road with commercial traffic. Not much can be done about that. (Maybe some vegetation along the roadway to create a sound buffer?) Really, the only suggestion I'd make is to sound proof the rooms better...no good ideas on how to do that! (Sorry!) Location is perfect for my travels, so I'll be back. My family may not handle the noise as well, but, we'll see....

Room had no coffee available or anywhere. Bathroom fixtures were rusty and extended from wall. Bathroom walls were in bad shape. I was able to turn the TV on with the remote, but I couldn't turn it off so it was on all night. A terrible night sleep I would've been better off sleeping in my car. When I got up, the first thing I did was look out the window to make sure my car was still there, and if the tires are still on it. Oh, I can add photo of my stay.

No thrills but served it's purpose.

We had three beds in a single room which was perfect for myself and my crew. It was non-smoking yet it reaked of pot when we walked in. Beds and pillows were acceptable but the bathroom was a tragedy. Just an old uncared for mess.

Tappan Zee Hotel needs a LOT of repairs.

Air conditioning VERY Noiisy,not well lit, bed too soft, neighbors played TV loud til 5:30 am., bathroom light created very loud sounds that continued as long as light was on. Very inexpensive but no sleep for me.

Service did not exist. No Ice, no water or any drinks. We had to go to nearby gas station for any drinks or food. Very dated!! Stained furniture and carpets. Fridge, AC,and TV ,worked. No dining. No extra towels or pillows. Convenient for us but other than that, I don't think I would stay again.
