The first impression came from Matthew. He was friendly and very professional. He made the check-in process very smooth. When coming to this area, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Only issue was, I thought breakfast was included. That was one thing we requested when finding a location, unfortunately it was a free breakfast. Which was not a deal breaker or enough to take any stars. Highly recommended.

The staff was prompt and courteous. The lobby was beautiful. The room was clean. The furniture and bathroom were outdated and worn. The HVAC unit was noisy and the unit rattled when the fan was blowing. The bed was very comfortable.

Decor was old and worn. Chair in room and bathroom walls were filthy. Lady at check in was unfriendly. They did have a good breakfast that was inexpensive on Expedia but they were asking $16 if you didn't pre pay for it. Will not be staying there again.

I woke up my last morning there with water leaking through the ceiling of my room. I talked to the front desk and they asked me to take their maintenance person up to the room to look at it. I showed him the leak and it was still dripping. The cabinets and carpet were wet, along with a small travel bag of mine that I had to throw away because it was unclear to me if the water intrusion into my room was from a fresh water source or a sewage source. Since my bag was soaked with water from an unknown source, I asked the lady at the front desk for some financial consideration. She credited my IHG account with 1,131 points. Since I've never used IHG points I didn't realize that this amount of points was only worth about $14. This is a bit of an insult and is not taking care of your customer.
