This hotel is close to everything and on a busy Street. The building itself is a little older but all you can need and they keep it clean. The owners are extremely nice and very attentive and I would definitely stay here again.

Affordable and Clean

We had a nice stay here. It is definitely not a place I would recommend for a family especially with small children but it was just fine for a night stay with my husband. The hotel and room is old and a little beat up but the room was impeccably clean—which is what matters most to me! It had a nice fridge and sink in as well. Some rooms at the hotel appear to have people living there long term. You have to call a number posted on the window by the front office to check in. There’s no attendant. But the manager came by to give me my room key quickly after the call. Overall, an affordable and clean place to rest for a solo traveler or couple.

The owner was rude, there was too much trash and junk in the lobby that never opened. Cheaptickets showed that they had laundry facilities and pool, which Ocala Cove Motel doesn't have either. The room seemed clean, but the bed was an old lumpy mattress, the hot water in the shower was a trickle, and the electricity kept shutting off. The wall sockets kept shorting out, this building has a major safety hazard with bad electrical wiring. I left after two hours, lost my money, but decided my safety was more important. This building should be torn down.

The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, the tub was flaking and rusty, ceiling had a massive crack with water damage, and it didn’t feel safe.
