At least the wi fi was free this year. But it took us 12 hrs to get it hooked up. The internet company was no help. The office help told us where the router was and to unplug it, which worked. Maybe that could be part of the check in instructions? Lots of noise with upstairs family and 5 kids tromping every morning and night until 10 pm or later. We wore earplugs to help. But the condo works well. These are just suggestions. Maybe don’t put families with kids above the lower units?

Lovely and spacious

The room was even better than the photos! The space was spacious and looked like it had been recently updated. It could use some extra blankets. The staff was really good about bringing us an extra one when we asked. There was plenty of room for two people to spread out with all of our ski gear. If you’re planning to ski at Powder Mountain be sure to check that it’s not a “pass holder only” time. We got the unpleasant surprise when we were on the mountain the month of February is pass holders only every Saturday & Sunday.

Family of 4 and got the two bedroom. We absolute loved it and will be back again. Perfect for a family of 4. Well stocked kitchen and lots of amenities such as racquetball and hot tubs at the recreation center. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed on first floor and you hear everything above. Had a couple with 5 kids running around on top floor until 1130 each night, staff called but it it did no good, never stay on bottom floor

Property was very dated. Only needed reservations for one night but was forced to book two nights and wasn't able to stay for both nights. Understand parking lot is getting repaved, but was still asked about the surrounding property. Could hear the loud shut off of the air conditioner all throughout the night and could hear everything from the tenants above.

WIFI in room was not working, and front desk staff required me to call the technical service provider myself, after four calls the issue remain unresolved. In my many years of travel I have never had a hospitality property require the guest to conduct technical service for the property. The staff later admitted they had numerous issues with the service and were fed up so they ask guests to call the service hoping they will get better support. Absurd.

Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Only glitch was the front desk staff. They suggested a breakfast place that was closed on the two days I was there. Then, although I had reserved the room for two nights (and had an email from them that confirmed the dates), they deactivated the room card key after the first night and said they were unclear if I wanted my two days to be contiguous!?!?

Unclean and charges extra for WiFi

Holes in the kitchen floor that made the bottoms of my socks sticky, clothes left under beds and in drawers from previous renter, fridge was not clean (at all), safety lock on door was busted, sliding glass doors didn't have a real lock. Extra charge for WiFi. The area was beautiful but the cleanliness and overall condition of the condo was not great.
