The standout feature of this property is undoubtedly its location. To be honest, I likely wouldnât have chosen this hotel if it werenât for its beachfront setting. The rooms are in serious need of renovation. While the size was adequate and the balcony was a nice touch, the dĂ©cor and fixtures felt outdated, and there was a noticeable mildew smell. Despite setting the A/C to the lowest temperature, the room remained a bit humid for my preference. The lobby, which features an aquarium, had a strong fishy odorâan interesting but somewhat unpleasant quirk. During our stay, only one restaurant was open, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with both Ă la carte and buffet options. Fortunately, the food was actually quite decent. One of the biggest highlights of the hotel was the beach activities. Guests have the option to purchase a pass for a one-time fee of 4,000 yen per person, which grants unlimited access to a variety of amenities. This includes kayak and water bike rentals, zip line access, beach chairs with umbrellas, indoor pool entry, and more. This added a great value to the stay and made the beachfront experience even more enjoyable. I also booked a spa treatment during my stay and had a fantastic 90-minute massage and facial for 20,000 yen (about $135 USD). It was a wonderful experience and definitely worth it. While the hotel had its quirks, it also offered some great features that made the stay enjoyable.
