Overall the hotel is very nice, clean and the rooms are quiet. The free breakfast was lacking in many ways. The dishes at the buffet were wet and dirty, everyone was wiping them down. The coffee was not kept up with and kept running out. The hotel was hosting several groups with young children competing in tournaments and they were allowed to run amok. The evelator floors, tile, had puddles in them. The pool area had close to 100 young kids swimming and in the hot tub. One of the elevators was out and the kids were getting in the remaining 2 and pushing every button riding them up and down making the waits very long. The hotel could have had better breakfast and kept up behind all of these kids but ultimately it was a nice hotel. I would suggest when hotels are hosting multiple groups of kids that they find a way to alert potential customers before hand. If we would have known we would have stayed somewhere else as we booked the hotel to use the indoor hot tub and pool which we couldnt and by the next morning there was foam in both indicative of the PH being off probably from urine.

Stay was just OK, uncomfortable beds

The hotel was nice and clean. A lot of traffic from the conference because there was a big convention the night we stayed so the lobby was crowded and loud. The crowd made the line for the elevator extremely long. The additional breakfast was $20 and it was definitely not worth $20. All of the food was cold They were out of a lot of things on the buffet, not very impressed with the breakfast. Except the waffles, they were great! The bed felt wonderful when you first sat down on them, but after laying in them for about an hour that night, I knew I was going to have a very uncomfortable next morning & I was not wrong! The door was hard to open, and we had a lot of trouble with our card key but we managed… it was just a little nuisance. You have to pay for parking… Over $30 a day! You are not comped at the hotel desk just because you’re staying there, I didn’t realize that until I got there. To sum it up… The hotel was super nice and our room was very clean. The beds and the breakfast could have been better. I probably would not book this hotel again because the bed is just so important to me, as it sets the tone for my whole day if I wake up hurting.
