This was a great place! The staff was great! Food and drinks were great. It was easy to get around and it was very beautiful. Our only complaint was that we did not have a stocked fridge. All other all-inclusive vacations we've had before stocked the fridge each day. We also wanted to have mimosas with our breakfast, but they don't serve any alcoholic drinks until 11am.

We loved our stay here. The bonus was being able to use the sister resort right by it which is the Divi. The shuttle runs constantly so no wait times were needed. The food at both places was very good and the staff went above and beyond. Aruba is definitely one of our favorite places after this trip.

Everything was convenient, but one of resorts caught on fire and we had dinner at location. I wish they accommodate us cause we missed schedule dinner reservation. Also power went out for a few hr at the resort should accommodate in someway or let us know .

Just took a week vacation to Tamarijn Aruba with my family of 4. I would definitely not recommend this resort nor would I return. The upgraded room I paid for was extremely small. There are no comfortable areas to sit in the room besides the bed and tiny drawers that can hardly fit anything. Every night my shower flooded and the water from the upper level backed up into my shower. The electric went in the bathroom the first 3 nights until I resorted to drying my hair outside of the bathroom without a mirror. If you are looking for an all inclusive with entertainment this is certainly not it. No entertainment besides a boring show here and there that was far from entertaining. There is zero beach service and depending on where your room is you have to walk to the bar which can be a far walk. Paying for an all inclusive is useless here. As far as the restaurants, you have to make reservations 2 days in advance and there are not many options if you do manage to get a reservation. The buffet was pretty much the worst one I have ever been to. The bartenders and wait staff (with the exception of a few) are miserable. The positive was my room was right on the beach as are all rooms but I had to wait an hour while the girl at the front desk located this room and 3 hours more to enter the room so that my family wouldn’t be place in front of rock walls, a request I made months ahead of time for the safety of my child with special needs.

The overall place was very nice, we enjoyed all the amenities. The restaurant were good, I recommend Ginger, amazing delicious food. My gripe the place was that few bars were very either lazy or people gave us attitude. They literally ignored us maybe cuz we are brown, it was very noticeable. On one occasion my friend was chocking and we asked for water multiple and waiter totally until we screamed for water.

Beautiful beach access but you get what you pay for. Food was average at best. Drinks were waaay too sugary no matter what you ordered. Impossible to get reservations to any restaurant. Almost like it was meant for you to eat at the buffet. I had to beg to have my family of 4 to be seated and there were at least 7 empty tables but they were reluctant because they were all "reserved" likely as another family's backup plan. I had to speak with the manager Fatima who finally helped accommodate us. So do not book thinking you will be able to make reservations for the restaurants you want. Better off paying for what you eat and drink elsewhere.

It was our first time staying at the Divi Tamarijn. We selected a ground floor beach front room and we got it, but it was misleading. You couldn't access the beach from the room because of all the rocks and boulders that drop down on the other side of the pedestrian path. We had to walk down to the Divi beach on the other side of the public beach to set up chairs early every morning and get access to the all-inclusive bar. The bar at the public beach belonged to the Divi Golf Resort and was not included in our package. Also, the transporting of dirty towels to get clean towels, and the limit of two towels per room was ridiculous! While walking to one of the restaurants at Divi, I passed the beach bar area and near the back area, there was a giant rat eating food droppings!! Disgusting!!! Needless to say, I didn't eat at that resort for the remainder of our stay. Also, there was little to no evening entertainment during our stay. There was a Native Dance troupe one night and a violinist another night but both were done by fairly early in the evening, around 9p. Also, while eating at Cafe Margot one evening, a family across from us had to be moved to a different table because a roach crawled up the woman's back. I was glad we had finished our meal by then. We wound up eating off premises several times and buying our own beverages from a local store because I didn't trust the cleanliness and quality. All of this made the "all-inclusive" much less inclusive for us.
