Staff was good. Ac didn’t work, water in the sink didn’t go down, room smelled like cigarettes, candy left in fridge, shower floor didn’t look clean and fridge had water condensation all inside of it. It was a horrible 2 days and worse room I ever stayed in !

If I could give my stay a 10 star review I would! Britney Manager went above and beyond in every way to ensure that I stay was comfortable. I had travel delays due to Thanksgiving holiday and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. You can tell she really cares for the folks that stay and genuinely wants to ensure that you have everything that you need. If you’re looking for a budget friendly stay in the Orlando area. This is definitely your place.

Emphasison budget. Check in very friendly. Room was quite clean, bedding was comfortable. Pillows were extremely (too) soft, I needed 4 to make a real support. Biggest issue was no hot water for shower. Hot water came through at the sink, but even after 20 minutes the shower was cold, at any time of day.

There was a street older guy that appear drunk that requested help getting in a bike in the parking lot. We tried to help and ended calling an ambulance. The place is used by long time users. It is not a family/vacation place. The room was neglected and dirty. Ended up not staying there.

We only stayed one night but the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Definitely would stay here again. They were also gracious enough to give us a late checkout as we checked in really late.

While attempting to check in, a bed bug crawled from the counter where I brought it to the managers attention and she said she hadn’t seen one in a month. The property was dark so I also didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood.

Older hotel, but obvious investments made in attempt to make it nice. The staff were very helpful. But after checking in and attempting a late afternoon nap, I decided I would not stay the night as the bed was not comfortable and the AC unit was terribly loud. I didn’t try to get my money back even though I was there less than two hours, as I realized it would be useless.
