Overall the hotel is gone for a one night stay for business. Expect to hear airplanes flying over the hotel and during my stay there were a lot of noisy people staying at the hotel slamming doors and being very loud.

Nice for a quick stay. The morning staff was super friendly. There is a nice big lobby for waiting and hanging out. The only reason I give it a 4 is because my bed was sunken in and very uncomfortable. Otherwise, it is a good option for an airport hotel. And very affordable!

This hotel was lovely. The room was spacious, clean, very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant was amazing, and the waitress was awesome. Pool area was great as well.

Long drive to tourist center and parks. Hotel lobby looks nice and beautiful but the room feels dirty. Floor was kinda sticky. It seems like it has never been mopped. Would not stay again.

Initially, when booking through Expedia, I was excited that it mentioned there was on-site parking to my knowledge. I thought I could leave something there meaning my car while I was on a three day trip that was not specified when I checked in they said they have no parking for overnight. That was the main reason I chose that location a little bit misleading.

I came in on a late flight with my son. The site didn’t indicate where the free shuttle would be located. My flight landed in terminal C and the shuttle is located in terminal A. I think having a little more information about that would be helpful for travelers. The woman answering the phones at the hotel during the late shift was rude and spoke to me as if I were a child when telling me where I could find the shuttle. I think a Customer Service class wouldn’t be a bad idea. Even arriving to the hotel she was pretty rude. Overall the hotel was nice and room was really nice as well. I wouldn’t stay here again tho.
