The room smelled damp and felt dated. Also the main light did not work. We went to reception and they gave us another room on different floor but was the exact same. We ended up cancelling our reservation and having to find alternative accommodation after a long flight with 2 young children so were not at all impressed.

The staff here are amazing, super friendly, and always willing to help. We would 100% return to this property, the rooms were clean always topped us with amenities including bottles of water. The only downside is that the pool is very cold. It’s very close to SeaWorld and Aquatica, with restaurants and shops in walking distance.

The carpet in the room had a bad odor and was wet when we arrived. Sofabed's mattress had almost no cushion. Bathroom's sink had some mildew in the drain hole which caused allergies to some of us. AC in the room made alot of noise.

The location was excellent, and the rooms were very spacious; however, the hotel is clearly in need of some TLC. When we first entered our room, there was an unpleasant odor that never went away during our stay. We stayed for four nights. When we arrived the sheets were nice and clean, but the bathtub had yellow dirty residue. Also our room was not cleaned again until the final night—and only after asking a housekeeping staff member to either clean the room or provide fresh towels. Additionally, the walls are extremely thin, making it easy to hear neighboring guests’ conversations and other private activities. Overall, due to these issues, I would not recommend this hotel.

If a road motel is a 1 or 2 stars this one is a 2.5 or 3 stars hotel. If you need to save money it is a ok place but have that in mind. Spacious room and nice bar area - everything else is very simple or old. The manager never smiles (I don't know why but I was expecting that, haha) other staff are very nice. There is a "old" smell in the rooms and looot of noise from the highway close by.

Rooms need an upgrade. Blinds in bedroom broken. Ants around sink and other surfaces. Sofa bed was in very poor condition. No cold water on Christmas morning. Convenient location and friendly staff but the actual hotel lets it all down. Wouldn't stay again.

This hotel is extremely outdated. The building, elevators, and rooms all feel old and poorly maintained. The carpet was worn and dirty, which should have been an early warning sign. Check-in was fine at first. However, after returning from dinner later that night, we walked into our room and found a large flying cockroach. This is completely unacceptable and a serious cleanliness issue. Because it was late at night and we had no other immediate options, we went to the front desk to complain. They moved us to another room, calling it an “upgrade,” but it was essentially the same old, worn room. The experience left us extremely uncomfortable, and we did not sleep at all, worried about encountering more cockroaches. The next morning, we spoke with the supervisor, who showed no sympathy or concern for what we experienced. Instead of taking responsibility, he offered either one free breakfast for one day or 10,000 Bonvoy points, which is insulting given the severity of the issue. When we requested a full refund, we were given a hard time and met with resistance. We ultimately had to contact Hotels.com ourselves, and they were the ones who helped us obtain a partial refund — not the hotel. This property has serious cleanliness problems and very poor customer service. If you value hygiene, comfort, and being treated with respect when issues arise, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
