Ive stayed at this hotel a few times when i visit Orlando. This was the first time I stayed in their family suite,and i was beyond suprises at how comfortable and spacious it was. It had some knicks that needed cleaning but overall i highly recommend. The pool was clean,and the breakfast was good.

The customer service person said they couldn’t get through to the hotel yet I was able to get through to them, but they told me only Hotels.Com could cancel And Hotels.Com told me only they could cancel. It’s very frustrating.

Not impressed.

Overall, the day was not very good. We arrived at 4:30 when check-in was at 3 o’clock. There was not a room ready for us and there were a lot of people waiting for rooms as well. When we got into the room, the air conditioner did not work properly and the room was hot, I was forced to buy a fan to help keep us cool. The main ceiling light in the bedroom did not work and there were two different beds. One of them was very comfortable. The other one was not. My kids went to watch TV and everything was in Spanish. I didn’t bother requesting an I didn’t bother requesting a new room because it was very clear upon check-in that they did not have enough rooms for the guests anyways. Overall I was not pleased with my stay.

It’s a great location next to Universal, however, it’s older and you can tell need a Modernization. Elevators were very slow and sounds like they were ready to give up. Room was a bit beat up.

Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Coffee was good but coffee makers in dining room were broken one morning. Never got housekeeping service for the 4 night stay - towels weren’t replaced or trash taken out. Shuttle from Universal to hotel was 45 minutes late one evening.
