Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and had trouble sleeping. The walls were also very thin — I could hear conversations and noise from neighboring room. Great service at arrival, but the room quality needs improvement.

Check in was easy. There was someone available and it was fairly quick. I appreciated that they noticed a note made and tried to group our rooms together. The room itself was not very clean at all. Hair on the floors in the bathroom and in the shower as well as on the sink vanity and toilet seat. There was also an army of ants on the sink vanity. I thought they were living in the tissue box sitting on the vanity so I set it outside of the room in the hallway but they kept coming. For November the AC did well maintaining the temp of the room. The bed was fine but I’m also a person who can sleep most anywhere. Due to the overall condition of the room I did check for bed bugs but didn’t see any.

Calling the hotel a resort was a bit of a stretch. The amenities were scarce. There was only one pool which was quite small. Very limited activities. Only a Chuck E. Cheese on the premises and a bar for adults. The rooms can use a bit of updating. I did like that they had Dove products for use.Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.
