They should have put that the property was under renovations and that a few elevators were going to be out of service I was walking up and down stairs my whole entire stay due to this. The room smelled terrible and the dove products were not actually dove. Food service was limited as well. Rust stains visible around the pool area not enough basketball hoops as shown in the picture the pool got closed twice due to someone pooping in it. Wasn’t a pleasant stay

Great location, super close to Disney. The property looked tired and outdated. One of the pools was under major construction. Most of the elevators were out of order. They had lots of food options but not all were available every day. Splash pad was great and clean. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless major updates were done.

Overall wouldn’t stay again. The rooms need a bit of an upgrade. They are kind of old. The refrigerator broke and froze over all of our food. I gave the front desk my credit card when we first got there to charge for the resort fee and parking fee and I guess they never ran through the car because the next day when we came back from a Disney park, we were locked out of our rooms at 10 o’clock at night with two Littles. And they wouldn’t even let us in to wait in there while I resolved it they said the only thing we can do is have security come and get your stuff out until you pay. It’s not like I wasn’t willing to pay, but how unprofessional that they didn’t even try to reach out. They just locked us out of the room after we checked in and gave them our card.

The resort is nice and fun, but the customer service wasn’t good, we had to call repeatedly for towels. We requested for our room to be cleaned and no one ever came. Our bathroom smelt like sewer water and at night it was extremely hot.

Most of the staff are great and accommodating. However you can tell they are very short staffed. Check in took us more than 45 mins. Simple requests at the front desk took way too long. The staff keep pushing us to give them 5 star reviews when its clear the facility isnt 5 star. Its not that clean and is very outdated. Rooms are spacious but housekeeping is inconsistent. However when you make a request they are quick to react. I appreciated the communication over text. It was very convenient. Proximity to Disney and Universal is great. The free shuttle to Disney is a huge plus as well.

The hotel was outdated and poorly maintained. The pool was unavailable, and we were not informed in advance - Construction equipment and loud noise. Our unit’s front door had a large gap, allowing smoke from outside to enter our room when someone was smoking nearby. This was not a true two-bedroom condo— the bunk beds were in an open alcove connected to the living room with no door for privacy. There was mold on the lampshade in our room, amongst other furniture looking very old and in bad condition. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Guests waiting in line were abruptly yelled at to move their cars from the front. Not a welcoming environment. Check-in was after 4 PM, and we were told this delay was due to overbooking the previous night. This was very inconvenient with two younger children. If your children have any sensory aversions, this is not the location for you. It is very loud and over stimulating. There are also hidden costs for a ‘resort fee’ that cost me over $100 CAD for ONE night. As the pool was unavailable (and we didn’t want to use the over crowded/loud splash pad) we were told that this charge could not be refunded/avoided. The pictures online are not reflective of what this location looks like in reality. My family will not stay here again and I will not recommend this location.

Check-in was almost 2 hours late. I have 2 young kids and we timed our arrival to the hotel to coordinate with the 4pm check-in time. Once we finally got our room, we weren’t told where to park for close access or what elevators were available (we found out the hard way that some were out of order).
