I stayed at this resort for a week and was extremely disappointed. The room was dirty from the moment we arrived and was never properly cleaned during our stay. The floors were never swept, trash was not taken out, and there were no towels provided. The pool area was also very poorly maintained — the chairs were moldy and disgusting. I rented a cabana, but had to refuse it after seeing its condition: the flooring, couch, and overall space were dirty and poorly presented. This resort is in desperate need of upgrades and much better cleanliness standards. I stayed here in 2022, and while it wasn’t perfect back then, it was nowhere near as bad as it is now. Very disappointing experience.

Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. We were lured in by the price and that they provided complimentary shuttles to Disney parks and had a waterpark. After arriving we found out that the shuttles were not complimentary, only went to magic kingdom and Epcot and only went twice a day so we ended up paying $100 in Ubers to get back and forth which we didn’t plan for. The “waterpark” was a rusty playground with slides on it which was missing the bucket and roof on top and only open from 10-6. Huge disappointment. The pool area had little to no lifeguards and some were even playing basketball while one watched. They were always running out of towels and when we asked if they were getting more they laughed and said no and said the front desk could send towels to our room which made no sense. The staff were rude and I was hung up on twice by the front desk. The room was outdated with lights broken, the phone broken and the tv had 10 channels and on occasion no sound. They closed the front lobby/main entrance and made people go to the middle of the property to check in/out because it was their “off season” which made no sense. The marketplace dining options were all closed minus the pizza place because again “off season”. The main thing is they charge you $73 per night in resort fees for all the amenities that you couldn’t even use which is a joke. Learn from my mistakes and stay literally anywhere else. Not worth the price or the hassle.

Food options are extremely overpriced. 24.99 pp for breakfasts? Pool towels need to be replaced, hard towels. Walking corridors need to be pressure clean the floor is disgustingly dirty. Kitchen grout needs to be replaced, signs of mold. Floors need a good cleaning they feel dirty when you walk on them. Beds were GREAT and super comfortable.

Broken pull out couch for our toddler. Literally had pieces sticking out. Coffeemaker that leaked. Blankets were torn and uncomfortable. Ceiling fan didn’t work, so neither did the light. Closet door was off its track so you couldn’t open or close it. And for a *four star* hotel with a kitchen they gave us nothing but a few pots and pans. No dish soap or paper towels or dishwasher soap (even though there was a dishwasher) When I went to complain at check out (I had been getting random text messages from the staff supposedly, including at 1am) there were about 3-4 other sets of guests complaining. They gave me a whole $73 back. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I don’t usually post reviews, but this one was warranted. - Bed sheets were dirty - they didn’t have wash rags available for the entire stay (had to use hand towels to take a shower) - mgmt gave credit for the inconveniences, only to find out upon checkout that only half of what was stated to be given was credited. Had I not asked for a printed copy of the bill at checkout was this found. They corrected it, but only after I saw what they tried to slip this by me. - Waterpark was not consistently open during the stated hours of operation - the ceiling fan (w/ light) was turning on and off ,by itself, continuously throughout the stay Needless to say, I won’t be back at this resort or any Holliday Inn

When I arrived to check in the staff was rude and then I had to pay 173$ in additional charges and then after staying for a whole day they told ok another 100$ When I called that tried to tell me that there was a check in fee deposit so I said why wasn't they established when I came in? Then I had to spend 45min on the phone waiting to talk to a manager was more unprofessional and rude. It's clear when I checked in that a person mentions fees but after 24 hrs randomly charge someone and I booked this 3rd party and paid for it. I was told I only needed to pay the 49$ each for my wife and I. I am extremely disappointed I am on my honeymoon . I also did not get any points for booking third party for my IHG membership. I won't be using Expedia services again nor will I ever stay at this hotel. The staff need to be retrained because there are a bunch of young men and women who work here who don't know customer service at all. I am in customer service myself as a Director of Operations and General Manager for a construction company.

Overall this place was OK The rooms were clean, but a lot of the property was dirty and garbage around it. The floors in the room does not seem to be mopped or vacuumed. They are very dirty. are nasty the stairways that go to our room smelled like urine and staff was very rude and never replaced wash cloth and towels for all the people that we had our in our room overall, I will never stay there again.

Fun but filthy!!!!!

I stayed here years ago when it was the Nickelodeon hotel. It has become so worn down. My kids loved the water park but I couldn't help but notice the moldy water slides, the nasty mini golf area and the crappy towel service. They handed out those small white towels with the blue stripe in the middle ( the same towels that the YMCA would pass out to members in the 1980s. They didn't have large towels that covered their rusty and moldy pool chairs. The rooms were clean and modern but everything else was dirty including the market place. I had breakfast and dinner there and I never saw anyone cleaning. I had to wipe down our own table. Once again, the kids loved it, which is why we went but as a parent and adult, the place is filthy overall.
