I like that it’s a pool in there but it rains every day so it was not a nice time cuz they had to keep closing it down and all the games don’t work and u don’t win anything from playing them better off going somewhere in doors

Very unprofessional! Our room was full of lizards and spiders! The Floors were super dirty ! The wash clothes and towels were stinky and appeared to be dirty! House keeping was call to our room on the first day to clean and didn’t come until the third day ! Engineers were called for the lizards and didn’t come until the night before we left. We were here for 4 days and 3 nights and it was horrible ! We got a late check out and they locked us out of our room where we were left to stand for 30 minutes before “security” came to let us in. Then he advised us not to leave out again. Excuse me ?

If you are on a budget while going to the numerous Theme Parks and you don't mind an overcrowded, noisy, semi-updated, semi-clean, wet resort this is the place for you. My 2 bedroom suite wasn't the cleanest and there were lots of things rusty, dusty corners and drawers that were broken. However my sisters suite a floor up was cleaner and well maintained. It's okay once but I wouldn't return!!

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. The pool was dirty and full of bees. The room was leaking from the vent, the floor was coming apart, there was mold in the bathroom, and the floor seemed to never have been vacuumed or mopped.

Can’t complain too much because it was so affordable… The only on site food available was the pizza and ice cream. No one was able to staff the burger, Mexican, and Asian places while we were there. Housekeeping left our door cracked open which was accessible to the street, the lifeguards wouldn’t let the kids play on the splash pad until noon, and the timeshare staff were harassing us -literally yelling at us down the hallway. “Not interested” means STOP asking.

Close proximity to everything, staff nice and helpful… Around the property could of been better maintained (landscaping), pool area, patio chairs were moldy from weather and wear and tear, could of used a power wash..bumble bees in the sitting area by the pool made it difficult to sit and enjoy the sun and scenery, all three days the bees were a disturbance. Room was clean initially… however my toilet on day one had blood on the outside front of bowl (didn’t complain put on gloves and cleaned myself (like I said staff was really nice and friendly didn’t want to be a nuisance .… parts of the property is under construction is the reason I give grace and the kind, warm and helpful nature of the crew!! With minor improvements this place could be spectacular!!

The bathrooms didn’t have a ventilation system so when the kids poop it’s smelled throughout the unit. Gross. We asked for towels and were put in a work order list where we didn’t get towel until hour later. No trash can in the unit. Pull out couch very noisy and blanket had a big hole in it. The lights in the sink area was very dim. Dishes were dirty and there were no soap or anything to clean them. No paper towels in unit no dish cloth

The resort is very kid friendly and nice but they can do better. Room service just wants to switch out towel, throw out trash and make the bed. There was no type of cleaning at all, like sweep or wipe down of surfaces. We did the cleaning ourselves and would be welcomed with long strands of hair in the fridge, near the table, none of us had long hair..We had to reach out to replenish soap. The vents were dirty and dusty right above the shower head. It’s visible so I know they see it too. The vents in the main area was rusty needed some fresh paint. The tiles on the floor was missing and chipped. They charge a resort fee but can’t supply some water in the fridge. The towels at the pool are dreadful they look old and worn out. Bathroom light was very poor and the water pressure was weak for a water park resort that has fountain water running all night at the pool, shut that off and give proper water pressure in the rooms. The amenities are good for kids the water park slide needs to be cleaned you can see the dirt as you slide down. We made the best of it but for what they charging they can clean up better. Parking is an additional $29 per night which makes no sense it out door parking. I know everything is inflated but give us service for what we paid for. The marketplace is nice the food is reasonable. The virtual game wasn’t working the arcade is over priced. We reached the resort at 2 am due to our flight being delayed and they still charged us a resort fee for that day smh
