Room layout was great and clean. 4 stars instead of 5 because breakfast was terrible. Although there was a lot of food, nothing was particularly good and every bit of it was lukewarm and not hot and we got there 10 min after breakfast started. The potato nugget things were hard and not soft inside, like leftovers. Coffee was super watered down. Eggs and sausage were not appetizing. I was disappointed because we were planning to eat and get on the road but we had to stop at Starbucks for decent coffee and a quick bite

Staff support lacking, there is NO customer service after 11pm. Any problem or issue has to be solve and wait until de next morning. We book a 6 person room and at the time we going to bed ,the sofa b3d was useless. We call the front desk asking for help and a employee identified as Juan let us know that at that point we have only 2 options or wait until de next morning or pick our stuff and leave. INSANE for a hotel just across Universal.

We actually reserved two rooms. One to my name, one to my son's name. We called the hotel 4 days in advance asking for communicative rooms. We were told it would be done. When we arrived they were unable to give us two communicative rooms and we were 10 min in advance to the check in time !!! We had rent for 4 days and they never tried to correct the situation !!! Hard to believe that they were unable to correct the situation in 4 days. Besides that detail, the worse situation was the morning breakfast, every morning food was missing, ustensiles were missing, tables not cleaned on time, it was just non pleasant to have breakfast there. Price was good but service bad.

Staff was great. Nice breakfast . Very close to universal. Shuttle bus stops right in front of hotel. Next to the malls and paces to eat. Great location . I would definitely stay here again.

I rarely ever leave reviews but I just had to note the stellar service I received this weekend. The front desk people were wonderful of course but when I tell you that everyone at this hotel is super friendly and helpful , I mean everyone - the breakfast staff I felt like I was at a restaurant, on top of all the cleaning up and refilling. The maintenance and janitorial staff you run into in the elevator greet you and ask you if everything’s ok. The hotel is beautiful and very clean but I have to say the customer service is just wonderful!!!!

Room was clean and the staff were very helpful. We loved the shuttle to the park and had no issues using it. Breakfast was okay. Pretty flavorless and somewhat overcooked. The shower head in the room was awful. A wider one would be great so you can have water covering your entire body. The AC handler in the room was loud but we adjusted over time.
