Everything was great except for the breakfast it was typical hotel food. The only other thing that was weird is you had to pay for parking on the lot. The hotel was nice clean and staff were great. We asked for early check in and they made it happen which was nice. It was close to Universal Studios which made it nice. I would stay there again.

Overall, my stay was good. The hotel was clean, and the staff was generally friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient, and the shuttle service to Universal was easy to schedule — though it’s about a 20-minute walk if you decide to go on foot, which we did a few times without much trouble. The only downsides were during check-in and housekeeping. We had an issue checking in, and the staff member at the desk wasn’t very understanding or patient — it seemed like the problem was on the hotel’s end, but their attitude made the process more stressful than it needed to be. We also didn’t have housekeeping during our stay (we weren’t there long, so it wasn’t a major issue), but we had to call down for clean towels and toilet paper. Aside from those small inconveniences, everything else was comfortable, and the overall experience was positive. I’d consider staying here again for the cleanliness, convenience, and easy access to the parks.

The hotel itself was very nice with modern facilities and extremely polite and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Perfect for a long weekend at the parks. Overall will definitely stay here again. I took one star off because of the parking fee. I just don’t understand why there is a need to pay for parking when it’s just a regular space. There are no garages or anything special imo to warrant a parking fee. Just a pet peeve of mine

The Manager and front desk staff were excellent! Very welcoming and extremely helpful. Sadly, the female bar attendant was not welcoming at all and deterred us from using their restaurant and drinks services.

Rooms weee very outdated. Looked like the walls and doors were painted over several times instead of being fixed or replaced. Water damage to cabinet under fridge. Doors broken off and missing from cabinets. Carpet was musty and dirty. Staff was the best. They worked hard to make us happy. They are amazing.
