Rooms are old and outdated, the smell inside the rooms were horrible, I had to change rooms and it still smelled musky. They closed the pool all day Friday for so call maintenance but they didn't do anything, the pool was dirty. I think they were just short staffed. Never again

The only thing I’d change really is housekeeping having to be only upon request and you have to wait 24 hours. I’d like to come back to nice new sheets and towels, you know? Other than that, it was a good stay, staff was very friendly.

Not at all what hotels.com reviews woukd have you believe. Constant stream of complaints at reception from unhappy guests. We got moved rooms once as first room stank of mildue. Second rooms better but still brown smear on washroom wall, some mildue. They're in the process of renovation but in its current state as of sept/oct 2025 not great.

Staff not very friendly. They said they have a strict NO PET POLICY. But Hotels.com shows they do have a pet lolicu and allow pets to stay. There were dogs all over the hotel. I had a service dog and cat. They wanted to charge me $100.00 for my cat to stay overnight, they reduced to $50, non refundable. They gave me a room were the door could be opened “without a key card. They sent a young friendly man to fix. I sat on bed over an hour waiting to be fixed. Once maintenance fixed and shut the door, it was jammed and wouldn’t open. I was stuck in room with grandson and my service dog. Maintenance finally broke it open and I was given another room. Maintenance was very friendly and obviously embarrassed by the situation. We missed a family gathering because of situation. I filed a complaint with Hotels.com, asked for refund because of inconvenience. It was denied by the hotel. Hotels.com stipend my account for inconvenience, which was nice. I have stayed at a lot of hotels across country. This hotel is by far the worst! TRAVELER BEWARE!

The relation price-service is really good, the very bad thing was the humidity that was in the room. The floor was super wet the complete stay, the countertops as well! the rest was really nice and the front desk agents as well!

As soon as we pulled up tl the front of the hotel we knew it was not the pictures that were advertised. We go issued our room and as soon as wel walked in the odor of mold and humidity hit us my wife, 3 year old and I. The room was full of stains, dirty walls, and shower. The headrest of the bed were full of mold and dust. The roof seemed likenit was going to fall on us. Once we pulled the sheets of the beed it seemed as if people trambled all over the sheets with dirtry streaksn and footprints on the the bed and sheets. We contacyed the front desk and spoke to Melissa, who was amazing and willing to help. She stated there were no other staterooms available that I could contact expedia to have them reach out to the hotel to recieved the refund. We did not spend 5 minutes in the room after "check in" We contacted expedia who stated theh had SEVERAL issues getting in contact with the hotel, as did I. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. Melissa was finally reached and explained the situation to expedia confirming and validating our complaints (pictured were taken). Expedia wrote an email to the "manager" who is NEVER AVAILABLE OR AT THE HOTEL. We are hoping to recieve a full refund soon but as of now this sorry excuse of a hotel is HORRIBLE!!!! STAY AWAY

Lobby looked nice and the pictures on here looked like it would be a good room. Well when we got there the only nice thing was the lobby the room was filthy, dirty headboards, the toilet was leaking water out the bottom and there was mold on the lamps. There were rusty lamps and it smelled terrible. To top it all off we were told we would get a full refund and now 17days later I only received a partial refund. Hotels.com did not provide why I was only given a partial refund

At the time of our stay the parking lot was being redone, so parking was limited. the room was clean, but humidity build up was baaaad! After every shower the whole room was damp, that was the only problem
