I am not sure where to start. I am so upset about the service that finally I decided to write up about my experience. First of all at check-in time 3pm, room was not available. When I was allotted another room, the room was smoking room whereas I requested non-smoking room. I was given yet another room. This room does not lock. Somehow door was so hard that I couldn't lock the lock. I had notified front desk and no response. On top of this, no room has intercom facility. I had to walk one end of hotel to another and go down to speak someone at the front desk. The hotel management still doesn't clean room or change liens next day and giving excuse that you have to request it. It seems COVID is gone and they are still following same rules. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room we were first assigned smelled like cigarette and weed smoke. The handle to the bathroom door was broken and the sheets were stained. The second room we were assigned had a stale smell, and the sheets were worn in places. The furniture was scratched, and the windows were constantly steamed up. We do not recommend staying here. We will never return.

I won’t stay any super 8 after this stay . Pathetic management. Room stink, frozen begal given, cockroaches in room….noisy as it’s besides main road. U don’t need alarm . Don’t stay here . Better spent little more at somewhere
