The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. She gave us the ground floor as requested in a perfect location. I asked for extra pillows and blankets and it was in the room by the time we got back from dinner. The rooms are comfortable and can fit the whole family. Will definitely stay again.

Dirtiest hotel ive ever stayed in

The room was filthy....The tub was never cleaned and when we reported it the guy came with only a rag no cleaning products he cleaned the shower with the shower shampoo....We paid over 500$ for 2 nights and had to clean the room ourselves

This was a last minute decision as we were heading to Disney the next day. The location was great. So much in the area from dining to entertainment. Very safe and clean. We got a suite and it was perfect. Pool area was beautifully kept as well. Pool was warm.
