It was overall a nice stay but the shuttle service I was disappointed about, we already had to pay for parking but then we tried to book the shuttle right when it was available but it already said booked so I brought that up to the front desk and they said it was a glitch and didn’t help me any further than that so then we had to go to the Disney parks and pay for parking there as well. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was because of the shuttle service and we didn’t even get to go on it. It’s just bad communication. They told us we can go on the shuttle without booking it but then there was no spots left so that made us late to the parks.

Overall nothing stood out as exceptional. It was an affordable option for a family of 5 and there was walkable food and shopping. I did however find some sort of bug in the bathroom upon arrival. Also, the convenient store area was stocked well but had no dedicated checkout counter so you had to wait for the staff at the check in counter to be available to pay.

Disgusting Horrible Don't do it.

This was the most disgusting, filthy dirty hotel we have ever had the displeasure of staying in. They wouldn't issue a refund , they wouldn't change our room it was an absolute disgrace. For a Marriott property this was terrible. The frint desk girl upon checking in told me to wait because she had to go to the bathroom...and it just got worse from there.
