The check in process was slow stood in line for 30 mins Then finally got a room with little instruction on where to find the building we were in it took another 15 mins to find parking and made it up to the room only to open the door and someone was already in the room I proceeded to call front desk and someone answered 10 mins later and said am I’m sure we put the key in the right door I said yes we did and I was placed on hold for over 20 mins while they look into what happen by now I’m back at front desk waiting in another long line only for them to say we didn’t have a reservation then 10 min going back and fourth with staff I was finally put into another room only to someone entering our room the same way we entered someone else’s room I asked why was I left on hold so long only to find out they weren’t trying to get me in another room they were trying to find out why someone else was in the room I entered I was excited to spend a night at parkway but it turned out to be very disappointed and it ruined my night also the room had a weird odor

The property was great. The employees that I encountered were not able to answer simple questions about the property and they seemed like they had somewhere more important to be. There was no respect given at check in. I also encountered the employee working at the guest service. I was looking to purchase my Disney tickets. I asked the woman why her prices were so high and she told me that they were the same prices at the park. When I got to the park, I was told the tickets at the park were 20 cheaper and the child’s ticket was 15 dollars cheaper. So I was charged an extra 55.00 for nothing. And before anyone asked me, yes I clearly asked her if these were the best prices. I learned my lesson on that one. Also I was charged an extra 75.00 dollars at check in. I was told I was going to pay 75.00 as a resort fee, which was fine, but they charged me 150.00. I am still waiting for the other 75.00 to be returned.

Inside the home was outdated. My front desk person was Shay and she was NOT informative, the young lady next to her was excellent! As I heard her check in beside me. We didn’t know what access we had or shuttle transportation. Overall, it was ok. I’ll stay again

We check in pretty late and the lines were long. The customer service and patience was impressive. Asia is very kind, patient, and just a pleasant person. She helped us check in and checking out 2 days later 4:30 am in the morning, there was Asia and the staff still smiling and pleasant. Asia is surely the blueprint of what customer service should be all the time! Highly recommend this family and pet friendly property when visiting the Orlando Area!!

The hotel is in a great location restaurants and stores close to it very convenient, front desk very friendly , friendly people at the pool we met , hot tub was relaxing . I will definitely come back , room was clean .

While the check in person was really nice.. our room keys didn’t work when we got to our room. It took them about an hour to be able to get us in. In fact, every single person we encountered in our building had the same issue.. us and others were sitting on the floor for a while waiting. I asked for late check out at least for the inconvenience and they denied it, didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I was not offered any VIP perks either.
