The property is large it included various buildings but the man ones advertised in the pictures are the up to date buildings/hotel rooms. The building we stayed at was extremely outdated and the air in the room was not working/cooling it was a dreadful night of sleeping mixed with a strong old odor from the hotel room. My whole family Woke up with the worst allergies.

As far as the room goes there were no issues. The room was very nice. It was the checking in process that was absolutely horrible. I have never had such an awful experience of checking into a hotel in all my 52 years on this planet. Its so sad. The room was awesome but the front staff absolutely killed the experience.

The unit was good and spacious, however the check in process was slow. Their online system for checking in/out was also not working properly during our stay.

The check-in was LONG and chaotic. The rooms were so outdated, stinky, furniture was so UNCOMFORTABLE and again, outdated. I’ll never stay in one of these places again, YUCK!! It was way too overpriced for what you get.
