The place is very big with a lot of activities for the children, however my family and I stayed for 5 days and not one day did staff come to clean the room. There was no clean lien or towels, I had to find someone to ask for clean towels and rags daily. I also had to empty my own trash each day.

This property is so close to Disney World! Just location location. The process to check in is not the best as you have to park across the street then walk in. Other than that we did not stay long as we left for disney everyday, butvthe staff always chwcked on us and sent reminders of events.

Was charged for Monday night when we didn’t arrive until Tuesday 😡 staff in the Mexican restaurant were so rood, food was cold manager was beyond rude. Poolside bars/food were never open. No shampoo or coffe filters in room, car rental people were very rude. Never will book through this Expedia again!!!!!!

The WiFi was unusable. I could connect. However, a basic webpage took 30 seconds or more to load. There was no way to stream youtube or even music. There were not enough luggage carts for guests. I the staff using them didn't help. The bathtub had a major mold issue. Of the jets was also broken and just sealed off. The shower and 1 bathroom sink dripped. There was also other signs of neglect. Burnt out light bulbs and the carpet in the sitting area was extremely dirty (it needs a good steam clean and extraction. (it was vacuumed). The patio table looks like it hasn't been cleaned in several guest rotations. Some of the silverware had figure prints. The inside of the dishwasher looks like it had turd crusted to the racks ( I think it is just rust but looks bad).

The resort is large, clean and all workers are very helpful. Strange that is no breakfast provided , you have to drive out to buy it. Also, no room cleaning service. All this is strange for the resort with number of guests.

The first room we stayed in was enough. The curtains in the living area needed to be rehung. They were falling off the rod. The kitchenette is very small so hard to cook anything. The fridge was a small fridge and it froze all our food. Hard to make coffee. Not enough room to open the top of the coffee maker to put the coffee in. This unit may be ok for a couple of days but not for a long stay. We upgraded to a 2 bedroom and that was much better. There were no 1 bedrooms with a full kitchen and laundry room available at the time. After our upgrade we were much happier and had a great vacation. The WIFI was not great all the time we were there. Other than that all was good.

The resort as a whole was really great. It was nice to have the water park on site, although it does cost extra, $25 per person, per day. The staff were excellent. The rooms could be cleaner, the floors eapecially and the beds are in serious need of an upgrade. The location was phenomenal if you are going to the Disney parks! I don't think you could get any closer unless you stayed at an actual Disney resort. Overall, I would stay again if the matresses were replaced but I would recommend to others for the convenience of location and the amenities.

It was a fun resort for myself, wife, and 8 year old daughter. There was so much do to . We enjoyed the water park, minigolf, arcade, and the Mexican restaurant. Walmart was walking distance. Unfortunately the only downside was there aren’t really any restaurants within reasonable walking distance. Also it seems the pizza place for room service doesn’t exist anymore, even though it’s on their website.

We stayed at a 2 bedroom villa. Very nice! My kids enjoyed the pool even though weather was chilly the enjoyed the heated pool. The day we wanted to go to the waterpark we realized it closed at 5 or 5:30 cant remember. So that was a bummer considering it was almost 3 pm when we wanted to go. We forgot our key, i called the lobby and they had somebody in a timely matter to come and open our villa. Also got clean towels in a timely matter too.
