I checked in on Th and noticed the hallways of the motel were run down and smelled of the food that was cooked in the rooms. My room however was clean and quiet. On F my key card would not work and I had to have it rekeyed. That evening while I was taking a shower the fire alarm went off. There was the smell of burning plastic in the hallway. I was not informed of the cause. I slept that night in my street clothes in case we had to be evacuated. On Sat my key card would not work again and I had to have it rekeyed. I will not stay here again.

The hotel needs a major upgrade. Smoke detectors hanging from the ceiling. No coffee in the kitchen area for breakfast (machine was out of order). Mattress was dirty and old. Room smells like smoke! Which I could get a refund! Floor tiles are old stained and dirty! Don’t ever recommend this place to me again!

It took a little bit to get into our room, but once we got there it was clean, smelled nice, and the staff was friendly. The hot tub could have been a tad bit hotter, but it still felt amazing. Didn’t try breakfast cause my husband and I aren’t breakfast time eaters but it smelt great. Not too far from everything we wanted to see, will recommend to family and friends if they ever make it to Osage Beach.

The bed was clean and made, but it seems they skipped cleaning most of the room. And it wasn't a one-time thing. For example, you could tell the nooks and crannies of the ironing board hadn't been touched (let alone cleaned) in months or longer. Also; The air conditioning did not work properly. The safety shower chair in the bathroom was broken- good thing we didn't need it. We had to wait atleast 10 minutes for our shower water to get warm and even longer to get hot. The pool's heater was broken. The lobby is inviting and neat, but the rooms need a lot of deep cleaning and remodeling! Overall- you are paying a much higher price for a low-quality room. Note for management: The hot tub temp needs turned down! It seems dangerously hot!

Excellent customer service.

The breakfast was really good. The gravy tatsed amazing. And plenty of fresh coffee around the clock . The workers were really nice. My mom died a year ago and i had some enotional moment's and they were very underatanding . Theyvwere helpful and kind.
