I overall really enjoy this hotel. The pool and spa are open 24-7. Everyone was in a great mood. The staff is amazing, especially Chris the "doorman". This Inn, needs a lot more updates. You can see things have been renewed, but a lot of things haven't. I will say everything worked, but nothing was nice. Another thing that bothered me was every other light bulb was different. A lot didn't work, but the ones that did, did not match the one next to it. I would stay again, but I hope a lot more money get put into saving it.

The resort has some aging showing but they do appear to be working on renovations. I had contacted the front desk before my arrival about the tiki bar hours and the restaurant hours. I was gave the tike bar bartenders phone number and advised to call him with my questions. During check in, I witnessed another guest inquiring about some items she had left with the fron desk to be mailed. The guest was told they were gone when that person had a arrived, so "fingers crossed"

this is a great place one of the original places here at the lake. The fuse are amazing and the staff is great. They brought the new front desk girl back in Laurie and Kris. The concierge is amazing goes everybody takes you on a golf cart ride so you don’t have to walk or worry about drinking and driving. It’s old school and good people.

Enjoyable

Great stay, great view, and such nice people working there. The doorman was always smiles and happy. Pool was great and tiki bar guy was accommodating. Our king lake view room was big enough for our family with the addition of our blow up matress. Just a great stay.

The sliding patio door didnt have a handle on the outside and it was hard as hell to open and close. They don't pick up your trash and people leave it piled up in the hallways. The bar had 5 or 6 bottles of liquor and cracks in the wall. The tiki bar wasn't open all week.

The property is a bit outdated but it was clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony. The pool and deck area was nice. Nice to have refreshments readily available. Chris the concierge was awesome. Always had a smile and ready to help if needed. On site bar and grill was nice.

Service has gone downhill. They gave us queen double rooms when we paid for king rooms! And they don’t clean rooms or restock towels even when staying 3 nights!
