Nice, clean rooms. English speaking staff. Breakfast buffet was great at 2,000 yen per person, little pricey but really good. Easy walk to dotonbori and several train stations. Would definitely recommend.

Not enough in room amenities, needed to ask for even a suitcase holder. Smallest washroom counter I’ve had in all of Japan. No space to put toiletries or other items.
