We had sent a request for a ground floor room due to mobility issues which they said they hadn’t received. Upon arrival they reluctantly agreed to place us in a ground floor room. It was clean but not what we had originally reserved. In addition, there was a strong order coming from the grate from the driveway in front of the room. It smelled like open sewer so no windows could be opened.

Great little motel in Osoyoos

Third time staying here on a bike trip, and third time impressed. Modest on the outside but very well maintained, with spotless, updated rooms; v comfortable beds; and pleasant, 'how-can-we-help-you' service.

Excellent service and cleanliness was evident. Very quiet area and beautiful as well. Walking distance to everything. The staff are amazing and especially the owners are great friendly. Would definitely come back to this amazing property. Loved it.

This was possibly the cleanest motel room I've stayed in. Friendly staff and cute 70s motel vibe. One thing not so great was the noise from the highway but the AC white noise managed to drown most of it out. Would recommend.

It was very well maintained and clean place. Rooms were not very spacious but very decent sized considering the price. Another mirror in the room would have been helpful as there was only one mirror in the washroom. The entire property was very well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is located very close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay!

Oh my goodness, where to start. This motel is horrible. It is tiny, tiny, tiny inside. Very basic, felt like we were camping. Ugly furniture but an excellent bed, which was super comfortable. The main bedroom was so small as was the bathroom and the bathroom was not a pleasure to bathe in at all. It looked so nice online and the pics did, but nope. It is ugly and small and noisy and almost welfare like. Other than the bed could not find anything good to say about this motel and we will absolutely not stay here again - ever! It was a little stale and smelly inside but everything was so old other than the bed. Not worth the asking price at all. Could not wait to leave in the morning. It has been renovated but only to the point that it could be described as lipstick on a pig and that about sums this dump up.
